The four enumerators were paired up into two groups conducting interviews with informal business owners and their employees in the informal settlements around Windhoek such as Havanna Four-way, Green-well Matongo, Goreangab and Hakahana business hub areas.
The Surveyors used random sampling techniques to capture the diversity of businesses found in the informal settlements.
